The SSM6K809R is designed with Toshiba Semiconductor’s unique new process technology (U-MOSⅧ-H), with industry-leading low on-resistance. And through the design of the flat lead package, the device mounting capability is improved and the thermal resistance is reduced. The small TSOP6F package used in this product reduces the board space occupied. The rated power loss is 1.5W, which will not cause energy waste. In addition, the SSM6K809R complies with the AEC-Q101 automotive-grade standard, and the channel temperature can reach up to 175°C, meeting the requirements of the vehicle environment.
